Despite strong local references and a growing individualism in society and Germany have traditionally been seen as a community, even if outsiders this knowledge is not easy. Die echte Chance, die dieser - mittlerweile globalen - Entwicklung innewohnt, die oft fälschlicherweise als "Individualisierung der Gesellschaft" bezeichnet wird, besteht darin, die Gesellschaft tatsächlich zu individualisieren. Das Konzept der "Arbeitsteiligen Gesellschaft" muß auf den Einzelnen angewendet werden. Jeder Mensch ist auf seine Art ein Genie. Dabei ist dieses "auf seine Art" der Schlüssel zu diesem Potential und nicht die "individuelle Förderung" erwünschter Fertigkeiten. Integration - auf die eine oder andere Art - ist ein allen Lebewesen innewohnendes Bedürfnis, das nicht gefordert oder gefördert sondern nur ermöglicht werden muß. In einer Atmosphäre des Respekts vor dem Einmaligen und Special of the other person will make every man an invaluable contribution to a community. A culture in which not everyone can have everything, can carry a society consisting only of specialists. The only skill that must dominate all together and the absence of which prevents us to be such, is the team spirit.
