my health policy recommendation-2011 in the pharmacy sector:
AMNOG <-> opposite concepts in free- pharmacists eV and at Gesine + Torre
Since the health service provider side via zwangsbeitragsverpflchtendem Chamber system in the pharmacy sector in particular is designed sovereignty federalist, I expect you by an "neugeführten" FDP Saar OWN a statement rather than a single ROYAL Appendix submissive behavior for FDP national politics!
with friendly New Year's greetings from Saarbrücken

Dear Mr. Luksic, dear Oliver,
in the Saarbrücken-newspaper interview quoting you: advertise
"[...] but also in the Federal-FDP for Jamaica "The coalition opened up new opportunities," Luksic is convinced..
Can / do you perhaps the views of the Green Biggi Bender and give the left-Dr.Bettina Bunge (BT-Health Committee) of the "new" FDP SAAR at least as a discussion section, blocked without having to be of HOM-FDP City Council Mr Werner pharmacist Trockel, Mr currently Weisweiler Minister, Mr Dr. Richard Weber, and the currently in "my" theme silent Minister Dr. Hartmann? Perhaps
succeed over others WkW ein lebendigerer statt "toter" Dialog als auf abgeordnetenwatch.de oder facebook.de ?

"Hallo Herr Meyer,
Gerne können wir alles diskutieren.
Herr Trockel ist meines Erachtens Mitglied, aber nicht Stadtrat. Herr Weber ist kein Mitglied übrigens.
Viele Grüße
OL"
Winfried Meyer - 04.01.11, 18:14
Hallo Herr Luksic,
ich will nicht "alles" diskutieren ! , mir geht`s auch nicht darum, ob die o.g. Herren nun FDP-Mitglied sind oder nicht, oder HOM-Stadtrat sind oder waren.
Übrigens, I myself am a partisan, and hence no FDPler, no SPDler, even if I know Mrs. Elke Ferner person or Carola Reimann, or CDU-hedges, or other above mentioned gentlemen and many others
Maybe you know under the FDP-initiated Health Forum Saar- some party colleagues and FDP-affiliated groups of people.
The fact that Mr Dr.Weber not only Karl Berger CEO and Chamber of Commerce president at the Saar, and recently in terms of products and indirectly-staffed in the pharmacy sector both in business and politics go, you should probably not be a stranger, nor, as Mr. Apotheker Werner Trockel ABDA Vice-President and one of those founding fathers did 50 years ago.
ABDA Organization
If you follow my links from 01/01/2011, for reading my communities-Contacts in 2010 with you, then you may remember that my concern revolves around whether state governments, even in the Saar, could further connect the thought / wanted the state pharmacists to resolve because of blatant abuse of State abandonment of the national pharmacists associations, that is its community-relevant obligations "sold" have bundesebenlich (nationwide) to purely economic / economically partialinteressengelenkte corporate networks. See above ABDA-Organization!
involvement in political decisions, the problem of Appeal (in) is essentially !

@ MP Mr Oliver Luksic and Mr. Saar's economy minister Dr. Hartmann (of local group founder) note:
chambers, listening to the signals!
- Comment by Dr. Christian Rotta - co-editor of the above DAZ + AZ here: Output from AZ already 09/2002
"The wind that blows the national chambers of the professions in Europe contrary, is rough as rough, the. reactions of the EU Commission point to the Luxembourg rulings of the Court, for the lawyers' professional ethics. Remains - medium term - in the German professional ethics of the professions actually rejoices not one stone upon another, like the "Handelsblatt", our central organ of the economic Ordo-liberalism, or is it - in Germany - not eaten as hot as it - was cooked - in the EU Commission?
The German Government, in its opinion in the context of the two decisions of the European Court vehemently argued that the chambers are attributable to the professions of public violence and therefore not per se antitrust and competition law relevant business associations can be. It should be entitled to the appropriate authorities of a Member State to decide in the context of national sovereignty as they wanted to embellish the exercise of their rights. The decision of the national legislature, democratically legitimized institutions to transfer (such as pharmacists) the authority to issue generally binding regulations is, therefore, the principle of "institutional autonomy" covered.
In this generality was followed by the Luxembourg judges the German versions are not. According to the European Court of Justice rather have two control systems to be distinguished: If the legislature of a Member State in the transmission von Satzungsbefugnissen auf eine Kammer selbst Gemeinwohl-Kriterien aufstellt, die bei der Ausübung des freien Berufes zu beachten sind, und er somit die inhaltliche "Letztentscheidungsbefugnis" in seiner Hand behält, bleiben die berufsständischen Regelungen staatliches Recht.
Mit anderen Worten: Es obliegt - und dies stellt der Europäische Court explicitly stated - the freedom of Member States to opt for one or the other model. It is possible to do both. In these decisions, the policy is required.
go from here? It will depend on the intelligence and the creative will of the legislature in the Member States asking whether the self-government of the professions in Germany and elsewhere have a future - or else is sacrificed on the altar of raging Brussels market fanatics. "

Excerpt from "democratic Pharmacists Association eV" association of democratic
Pharmacists Association
"The lack [...] of participation opportunities for non-independent pharmacists in the chambers and in the ABDA it was necessary to build, so the central message of the event. Given the recent amendments to the Statute of the ABDA ranged from nowhere. On the contrary, by the withdrawal of participation opportunities for employees, the statute was even a step backwards. It was necessary to continue to require vigorous new steps toward more democracy in the chamber organizations and in the ABDA. "
